Well yeah. That’s my whole point. When you think of standup comedians or comedians in general these guys don’t really come up anymore. So they have to have these people on because what got them there isn’t their thing anymore. Don’t assume about what people are and aren’t exposed to though. I know this is the worst app to say this on but believe it or mot some of us are still out here exposing things to ourselves without podcasters telling us what those things should be.

If you’re wondering why you’re sick of the podcastistan bros, it’s very simple. Joe Rogan (who is the only tolerable one) has on Theo Von. Theo Von has on Andrew Schulz. Andrew Schulz has on Dave Smith. Dave Smith has on Tom Segura. Tom Segura has Tim Dillon. Tim Dillon has on Theo Von. Theo Von has on Tim Dillion. Tim Dillion has on Tom Segura. Tom Segura has on Dave Smith… And so on and so on and so on… The problem with the majority of them is that they’re comedians who come up with maybe an hour of material a year at best and yet spend 100 hours a year trying to be what they are on stage. It’s easy to sound smart for an hour if you hone that hour for a year. But it’s incredibly hard to sound smart for 3 or 4 hours a week when you have to shoot from the hip. And the real problem comes with the repeating an endless circle jerk of the circuit. The fact of the matter is 2 or 3 or 4 guys sitting around talking about shit isn’t that funny or entertaining to people outside the circle. My friends and I are funny as fuck… TO EACH OTHER. But I wouldn’t blame anyone for tuning us out.

The “stats and evidence” do not agree with you. It’s always so funny whenever these “Shai falling” compilations come out, ex players and the people that actually watch the sport say, well if we review these you’ll find out more often than not these are flagrant close out fouls that go uncalled. It’s ok though. Being a ball watcher for a long time will show you that if he was ding this behind the line, or if he got superstar treatment as a rookie, yall line up for his shoe and glaze him. Harden literally made sure this was inarguable.

And yet that's literally not what the stats and evidence says. i don't know how much it has affected this series. The Thunder are a great team. Maybe the better team even without playing "unethical." SGA is going to the line and getting fewer BS calls than the regular season. Shai is a really f'ing talented basketball player. He is also a world class flopper by all evidence. it is not fun to watch even if he doesn't get the calls. The NBA should prioritize enforcement when he (and others) try to manipulate for a call. By the rule book that in and of itself is an offensive foul. And he has none. The NBA should make it stop.

I don’t really get the OKC hate Everyone’s complaints about the modern game are 1) teams not playing physical enough 2) teams jacking too many threes 3) teams not being home grown OKC does the opposite and people just hate it? Outside of Dort flops, I mostly enjoy them
