He made his intent clear on social he will shoot anyone in a confrontation escalation. That is premeditation. He has history of this.

You have to use proportional force in self defense to end a confrontation. That is all there is to it

@ZeimaLovail The cops took him down aggressively & the prosecution would not slap a heavy charge w/ a high bond unless they have the highest faith of it not faltering in court
So what about their intent? You still can't "defend" yourself a priori & shoot.

@Renntastico @MariaGraceVT Actually it was the other way around. They tracked his location knowing he would be there and assaulted him.
I mean these are people who killed his dog. They can find what court youre going to with worse intents in mind.

I have a tendency to catalogue what I like, I do it already with anime/manga on MyAnimeList & games on Backloggd.
I am very certain there is such a site for music.. as the past few years I have expanded immensely in vocal music. Need one that is UI friendly & intuitive, however.
