The legislation advanced by House Democrats today is the same mess they pushed out of the House Judiciary Committee last month when they couldn’t answer how many genders there are, yet they want to insert “gender identity” and “gender expression” into PA law.

I was going to vote for this resolution, which recognizes Jan. 23, 2026, as Maternal Health Awareness Day in Pennsylvania, until the maker of the resolution decided to invoke the term “birthing person," appearing to not understand that women have babies.

Yesterday the PA House Judiciary Committee on a party-line vote advanced Democrats’ HB1671. It would have an offender and victim come together “to repair the harm” as part of a “gathering” as an alternative to jail! This would allow MURDERERS and CRIMINALS to face ZERO JAIL time!

The reality of the Democrats' bill to kill babies until birth in Pennsylvania.

Here’s an explanation of a change made to a barbaric House Democrat bill that would allow abortion on demand until birth. Democrats plan a final vote on House Bill 1957 on Wednesday.

House Bill 1825 would legalize discrimination against religious nonprofit organizations and small businesses – it is tyranny at its finest.

One of the bills Democrats have scheduled to vote next Wednesday in the PA House of Representatives seeks to amend the PA Constitution to permit unrestricted abortion throughout an entire pregnancy, according to Law Professor Elizabeth R. Kirk.

Today, pastor & former NFL player Frank Murphy said during a state Capitol “Dads Defending Daughters” event about saving women’s sports in PA: “I’m asking men to get off the bench and into the game.” Thank you, Pastor Murphy, for your words and rallying men to this cause.

The PA House is positioning for a future vote a PA version of the Federal FACE Act, which has been used to jail people who were simply praying outside abortion facilities. We don’t need a PA FACE Act that can be weaponized against people exercising their First Amendment rights.
