HOLY CRAP! Guy Benson just ROCKED Senator Slotkin after she changed her tune on DHS funding, saying that democrats need to "put ICE funding aside." "ICE is already funded for the NEXT THREE YEARS" "There was a vote on [DHS funding] YESTERDAY... she made the choice to vote to MAINTAIN the shuttering." Democrats are BACKPEDALING because there is no defense for keeping DHS defunded. It's putting the American people in danger.

🚨PASSED OUT OF COMMITTEE: The Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026 After over 20 hours of marking up the bill, FFNS 2026 has passed out of committee with bipartisan support.
Special thanks to so many of our wonderful Florida Delegation who joined me to discuss, and then sign, a Secretarial Disaster Declaration for impacted Florida farmers following the devastating winter ice storms. Projections include an estimated $3.17 billion in agricultural losses across the state. Much of these losses will take years (if ever) to recover. The devastation is heartbreaking. This designation is a first step forward to help Florida farmers and ranchers access emergency loans and programs as they begin the long rebuild. Special thank you to my friend FL Commissioner @WiltonSimpson and the Florida Department of Agriculture for their partnership as we work closely together to support impacted producers across the state.
