Corruption is rampant in Washington – and that has to change. Today, I’m unveiling an Anti-Corruption Agenda, demanding action in Congress to end Citizens United, ban insider trading and hold SCOTUS accountable. Here’s the plan.

Yesterday, I was honored to accept the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) Leadership in Government Award. I spoke about the work I’m doing to protect benefits and care at the VA, uplift the stories of our women vets, and ensure veterans remain at the center of every decision made at the VA.

Year round E15 is the solution! I was proud co-lead the effort to get H.R. 1346 get across the finish line to ensure new markets for our growers and lower prices for consumers.

During National Police Week, I'm proud to be a cosponsor of H.Res. 1252, to honor the brave law enforcement officers who gave their lives in the line of duty. Last night, the House passed this resolution with overwhelming bipartisan support — reaffirming our gratitude for their sacrifice and commitment to ensuring they have the resources to keep our communities safe.

The House just passed legislation to allow the year-round sale of nationwide #E15 🛑🌽 For years, I’ve championed this as a win for American farmers, energy producers, and consumers. At a time when farmers are under pressure and families are feeling the strain of high gas prices, this legislation delivers much needed relief. Today’s bipartisan action shows what’s possible when we put American energy, rural communities, and working families first. I’m proud to have helped lead this effort and urge the Senate to quickly pass this bill and get relief to the American people.

As Vice-Chair of Policy I was proud to lead my colleagues in the formation of this document to the governing agenda. The President’s trade war has crushed soybean farmers across Central Illinois. I’m calling on the administration to secure a real, durable trade deal with China and deliver the stability our farmers need to compete and succeed.

Since coming to Congress, I’ve fought to make year-round E15 permanent. It’s a win for our farmers, a win for consumers, and a step toward lower prices at the pump. Today my colleagues and I demanded Congress act NOW to get this done and deliver the relief our growers and hardworking Americans deserve.
