'Transformative' is one way to put it... Thanks to Gavin Newsom, the cost of a mid-tier home in California is $775,000 - more than DOUBLE the cost of a mid-tier U.S. home. We have the highest cost of living in the country, highest energy prices, and highest taxes. If by transformative he means he made everything more expensive, then Gavin is right.
