@RevRayCistman Only difference is our fallen service members didn’t work with the person that killed them like Chavin and Floyd. Derek Chauvin and George Floyd worked in the same night club.

@jemelehill No matter how reckless he was with his spending, he didn’t lose his home from his reckless spending. He lost his home because of Gavin Newsome’s reckless decisions

Spencer Pratt is an elite. Fool blew his $10 million fortune on wine, crystals and partying. He’s a proven liar. Said he was living in a trailer when in fact, he staying in a $1500-a-night hotel in one of the richest parts of LA flanked by personal armed security. While it’s terrible that he lost his house in the fire, he didn’t have homeowners insurance and admitted he was house poor.
Thinking it’s a terrible idea to put a political novice who cannot manage his own personal finances in charge of a complex city with a $15 billion budget isn’t “sneering elitism” — it is called common sense.
Phineas Fahrquar@irishspy
This kind of sneering elitism is exactly how you get Trump. Or Pratt.

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, their courage and service will never be forgotten.
"The greatest fighting force the world has ever known is built upon the extraordinary service of selfless men and women who safeguard our liberty and preserve our way of life. Since the birth of our Nation nearly 250 years ago, countless souls have lost their lives in this noble and righteous pursuit. On Memorial Day, we honor these American heroes." — The White House

"Nothing says, I want attention more than disparaging a national hero who's also dead."
Taya Kyle is unloading on Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner after he accused her late husband, 'American Sniper' Chris Kyle, of inflating his kill count by shooting innocent civilians.
Kyle called the comments "cowardly" and a "cheap political trick," saying Platner is trying to build notoriety by attacking someone "beloved" who can no longer defend himself.
"For me he would be out of the running immediately," she added.

Six years later, the pain of losing George Floyd still echoes across this nation. His death forced America to confront painful truths about policing, accountability, and the value of Black lives in this country.
George Floyd should still be here. His family should still have their brother, father, and loved one. While his name became a symbol heard around the world, we must never forget the human life behind the movement.
The fight for justice did not end with a verdict. It continues in courtrooms, communities, and conversations across America as we continue demanding accountability, equality, and lasting change.
Say his name: George Floyd. Rest in power.

I did not have Senator Ted Cruz being bullied by one of Trump’s flunkies in my bingo card
Alex Bruesewitz 🇺🇸@alexbruesewitz
The Daily Beast’s cover art is FAKE NEWS. Their picture makes me look the same height as @tedcruz — when in reality I’m AT LEAST 5 inches taller than him.
