May be it’s not in Your knowledge we did construction work till jan 2020 but again tehsil interrupted the work and We have yet to recover funds from buyer which will more than enough of all expenses to be done on project .But any delay will take this figure in negative .

It was not a trap ,it was the scheme buyers opted with their eyes open with their thinking of investment of just 10-15% from their pocket and dreamt of multiplying that down payment amount because at that time market was good .it’s a market failure that everybody want to get rid.
