@SAS my checked bag from Toronto → Rome has been missing for 72+ hours. Your staff told me it was “all clear” after a security check — it wasn’t. Now I’m traveling across Europe and paying again for baggage. Please fix this ASAP. #LostLuggage #AirlineFail



@SAS the flight I booked 5 months ago, with at that moment almost half of the seats being available is now overbooked so I am rescheduled to a later flight? I will not accept this. Poor management of your company does not imply I should be a victim here. Reach out with solution.



@SAS hi. I reported my damaged baggage at the airport. The staff at the counter told me to wait 7 days for a response. It has now been more than a week and I have not received any news. Additionally, I am unable to log into the baggage portal as it shows an error with my details.
