@SAS the flight I booked 5 months ago, with at that moment almost half of the seats being available is now overbooked so I am rescheduled to a later flight? I will not accept this. Poor management of your company does not imply I should be a victim here. Reach out with solution.

@SAS hi. I reported my damaged baggage at the airport. The staff at the counter told me to wait 7 days for a response. It has now been more than a week and I have not received any news. Additionally, I am unable to log into the baggage portal as it shows an error with my details.

@SAS I flew @SAS on Feb 2. You lost my bag. 86 days later - no bag, no compensation, no reply. Filed claim 6+ weeks ago. Described my bag contents 3 times across 3 forms. Wrote multiple mails, called multiple times but ZERO response. Case: 07669993 @SAS @flysas - Do better.
