@Just_Perceive That's really wise, Direct. I have recently realized that life seems to be a balance of attachment and yet letting go, letting go of everything. Letting go of others, ourselves and our bodies.

Contrary to popular opinion, becoming "one" with others may not be optimum. It is effectively "homogenization," whereas we are actually unique and autonomous Beings, not a single one identical to the other. The 'state' of actual 'oneness' is better described as "undifferentiated". And we are only perceptually separated from it, as it is impossible to be actually separated from Source. During one of those in-between states, I came across this idea (which I am paraphrasing): A spiritual Being is the source of their games. One can be happy being by themselves. Although one wouldn´t mind communicating with others, one would still never feel inferior to them. So the moment you hear that a spirit being wants to join a group in order to be happy, you know their self-appreciation has suffered. There must be a loss someplace!
