9+ hours in the plane. From Frankfurt to Alta, 2 times tried to land , then to Kittila, nobody out. Back to Frankfurt. No info after landing. Suitcases at line 18. 2 hours waiting no suitcases. No fresh clothes, toothbrush, medicine nothing. Do these people have a brain?

@lufthansa in Frankfurt’s two hours waiting for the luggage and suddenly someone found out that he luggage was put into the plane for next morning. So no fresh clothes nothing and nobody told anything. Unbelievable.

@lufthansa so Lufthansa kept a large group of people in plane for more than 9,5 hours. The flight from Frankfurt to Alta never arrived but landed in kittila. From Kittila back to Frankfurt. No very good nothing. Landed in Frankfurt, waiting about 2 hours for the luggage.

@magrom @lufthansa Just in case you want to work over the flying time. You are lucky. You have been connected. I wasn't able to reach even that point on my last GLA-FRA flight...

this is premium @lufthansa Internet. for 29 € I hope this will change because this is a disadvantage at a high price point.
