As a Miami Dolphins 🐬 fan, I’m disappointed with our first pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. We’ve drafted OL before like Tunsil and Jake Long, and it didn’t give us the long-term results we wanted. The kid Proctor deserves his opportunity, we could’ve gone with Bain or Downs instead.

ROBBERY: Miami Mayor Eileen Higgins promised a “deep dive” to find waste and misuse in the city budget — which has DOUBLED in the last 5 years with 77% going to salaries and benefits. Instead, Higgins wants a HALF-A-BILLION DOLLAR credit card while we’re already drowning in debt from Marlins Park and other high interest bonds. Salaries for Miami city employees are up 54% and benefits up 62% in the last three years and the number of city hall insiders making over $200,000 has DOUBLED in two years. While regular Miami residents — with a median household income of $66,000 — have only seen a 2-3% increase in wages per year. And now Higgins, city manager James Reyes (salary: $475,000 and lives in Broward), Commissioner Damian Pardo and city attorney George Wysong (salary: $417,000 and doesn’t live in the city) are covering up public records that document how much taxpayer money they actually pay out to city workers. #BecauseMiami
