If Restore stand a spoiler candidate in Makerfield, it is conceivable it will set in motion a chain of events which sets back the British nationalist cause by years. Years that we do not have.

Restore shouldn't field a candidate in the upcoming Makerfield by-election. We're not ready. We have no ground game in the area and we'll be fighting for third place at best. Better to avoid it entirely.

This by-election is a chance to gain huge national attention. All eyes will be on it because of Burnham.
If Restore can select an exceptional local candidate (which they can) and outperform expectations (which they inevitably would) then it’s a big morale boost.
Reform are not our friends, quite the opposite. Reform will not save this country, far from it. We owe them absolutely nothing. If Rupert decides to go ahead, then we should throw everything at it.
