@ScottPh77711570 @HF_Trader @queequegcap @salr_nyc Might be a retard of a question, but does 10 day breakout mean the same thing as 10 day high/low? E.g. Long 10 day high, short 10 day low Similar to 'long if 5 days from 20 day high' trend feature?

For example this is a 10 day breakout signal on altcoins at T+1, T+2, T+3. T+4 days over the last year (the scale is off by an order of magnitude but fuckit we ball)

I've heard so many stories where guys struggle for success with intraday trading and eventually switch gears to swing trading and eventually find success. It's interesting and I have my theory on why this is. Anyone else have a theory as to why this might be?

@pedma7 Are you applying the same or similar rules in your trend system to your buy and hold portion? Got a similar allocation, so trying to think about how to manage it relative to the rest of the portfolio.

hype/btc buy and hold now makes up for 55% of exposure (ex-leverage). not recommended exposure profile, it could very well burn me, but I was/am willing to swing for the fences with this one bet. portfolio at all time highs (+20%), need to decompose this equity better.
