@Rubybeets Yes. Grew up close to me in New Hope. He was in LN’s grade. I played Little League and Babe Ruth baseball with him. The arson he witnessed was down on Lake Street near where the George Floyd incident happened. They found his body in Lake Johanna in Arden Hills.

Me and the LN had a friend from grade school and HS that disappeared after HS. Many thought he went out to the west coast. A couple of years later his body was found with his hands bound and a bullet to the back of his head. He was to be a witness to an arson. He was executed.

@Rubybeets I read the book in HS. It was well done. Good big screen movie. The theatre that we went to had the Dolby surround sound. Very loud at times.
