@zaxour I haven't noticed any noise. There is noise coming from the console, but I think it's from the coil. I'll most likely install your JagWatt to fix it.

@RetroMoodRGB It’s safe (all REG1 does is provide 5V to the audio circuit) but it may make audio noisier

@topvint Tengo nivel maestro reparando modelos 1 del mega cd . todas tienen acido en la main board. por lo que a veces tendrás que reparar algún componente o alguna pista. tiene PCB de 4 capas por lo que puede dañarse las pistas intermedias. El lector también es bastante problemático.

@RetroMoodRGB De momento solo un cliente ha tenido problemas (que yo sepa) pero no ha sido porque la Raspberry Pi está presoldada, pero porque no habían insertado el flex del todo y se rompió al apretar el conector. Estoy de acuerdo qué sin práctica puede ser un poco delicado

@MisirajEduart Have you tried using tantalum caps? Some devices, like the NESRGB, have been using them for >12 years for the exact purpose you're using them (remove signal reflection) I've been using them for almost as long with SNES and PC Engine RGB amps.

Settling with the Apaq Tech Electrolytic and Polymer capacitors. These are very good quality, low profile, low esr and affordable. Perfect for fitting inside the scart plug

I did a very basic USB-C mod for powering my 110V 3DO FZ-10, because I surely would forget once that's it's not 230V and would fry it. Due to the separate power PCB of the FZ-10 it's completely solder-less and just plugs in.
