Great news! I have officially been added to the guest lineup page for Retro World Expo. The dates are September 12th & 13th. I have been granted a larger time slot this year for my CRT performance. The CRT Wizard's Workshop will be an interactive experience. The audience & I will have about 90 minutes to work through some repairs & services on a CRT TV I found on the street. If you've been to one of my workshops in the past, please note that I change my workshop each year to keep it fresh. There are some things that happen at each time, like a CRT Zap from a discharge, but the workshop is always different. Whether your a seasoned CRT veteran or a new CRT enthusiast, you are sure to have fun and learn something. There is no additional charge to attend the workshop. It is open to anyone attending the Retro World Expo. I will have a booth on the convention floor with Bob from Retro RGB, Tito from Macho Nacho, Ken Maker and other friends. Come by and say hello. I will have some refreshed and serviced CRT TVs and Sony PVMs available for purchase in the booth. I'll have more details on that soon. Hope you can make it to the expo!

@retroaccess Hard to imagine that they would go to all of this trouble to get it right and NOT have the HD Retrovision cables working.

It appears the upcoming Neo Geo AES+ reimplementation does not feature a DIN 8 jack for analog AV output, rather, it uses a Mega Drive 2 style Mini-DIN 9. It is unconfirmed at this time whether standard Mega Drive 2 cables are compatible. youtu.be/1RQGni4PKbI?si…

@RetroMoodRGB The test adapters are designed to mimic the signal characteristics of the original hardware. That said, all design validation is always performed on original genuine hardware.

SuperStation One specific Mini-DIN 10 cables are in validation. The audio channels are swapped from the Saturn pinout arrangement to accommodate the SSO. The PCB and housing are a slender design to fit within the packed-in I/O arrangement without blocking the HDMI port.

Due to the super tight narrowness the SSO requires, this cable will be available exclusively in Fortraflex, Mini-Coax is too wide to fit on the SSO.
