I'm pleased that we cleared a major hurdle yesterday as we move towards our goal of taking ownership of this wonderful club by the end of the season. I'm grateful to the EFL and the administrators for such productive conversations this last week. I want you all to know that my team and I are working tirelessly, and are absolutely committed to doing everything we can to fight for the best possible outcome for Sheffield Wednesday and our incredible fans. Tomorrow, I fly back to the UK for a week of meetings with a wide range of experts to ensure we hit the ground running and deliver on our promises both on and off the pitch. Understand a meeting took place this afternoon between the EFL, the Storch bid team, the football regulator and Sheffield Wednesday’s administrators. The aim was to finally find agreement on a way forward relating to all future financial restrictions at #SWFC plus a potential points deduction — and a deadline was placed on today to make progress on those matters. Coming out of the meeting, although there is no firm agreement, it’s believed there is a path to move forward, and it’s our understanding that all parties are positive and committed to reach a conclusion.

I think all us fans need put pressure on the football regulator to force the EFL hand. What they are doing is punishing the fans and club at the end of the day. Chansiri was the one who caused all this. #swfc
