Tried a new method to grill corn & it came out great! Inspired by a How To BBQ Right video where he smoked corn in a pan of melted butter. I charred it first & then cooked indirect in a pan of butter while the steak was over the coals. Less fuss too since it's already buttered!

The ribs and the seasoning selection. My dad had gotten me that Pixie Dust and this was the first time I used it. Really good! No sugar in it, it’s all savory so I wrapped those w/ a little brown sugar and butter to get that light glaze. Colin’s ribs were wrapped w/ butter only.

@BettyAnnMoriar1 @mamamicah93 That would be a nice spot to do some Blackstone grilling. We also picked up a smaller black stone to take camping with us cuz one of our Bronco guys had one last camping trip and it was awesome he was cooking carne asada and veggies and all kinds of stuff on it

@ReturnofTheChad Very happy with it! we’re eating half of it tonight as a hot dinner and tomorrow I’ll slice the other half on the meat slicer for sandwiches. Took about 2 1/2 hours, no wrap. I think next time I’ll try wrapping it to see if I have a preference.
