@AndrewHerkert Thanks for weighing in @AndrewHerkert . It's a bold claim but it really is achievable. It doesn't happen overnight but the process for accomplishing it is contained within so it's not a hollow promise. Of course it comes with some sweat equity... lol.

Good topic and highly relevant to anyone in strategic rev cycle / healthcare finance. the focus on root cause analysis, upstream fixes, and structured appeals is spot on. my only caution from an operator perspective is the “<2% final denial” headline. seasoned rev cycle heads may view that as too lofty a claim. Overall the playbook concept resonates and I will read this book. Thanks for sharing and good luck with the launch 🤝
