Ik sta voor een schap met zonnebrand en denk: dit is geen verzorgingsproduct meer, dit is een verdienmodel op angst. €20, €30 per flesje… en mensen smeren alsof ze anders spontaan in de fik vliegen. We zijn serieus bang gemaakt voor de zon. De zon, waar we al duizenden jaren onder leven, is ineens iets waar we ons collectief tegen moeten “beschermen”. Natuurlijk, verbranden is slecht. Maar sinds wanneer is de oplossing: jezelf standaard insmeren met chemische troep bij elk zonnestraaltje? We zijn compleet de verbinding kwijt met ons eigen lichaam. We zitten 90% van de tijd binnen. Krijgen nauwelijks daglicht. En zodra we zon zien → paniekstand → smeren. Die zogenaamde ozonlaag die kapot is, kwam de grote bedrijven ook wel heel goed uit, niet ? En ja hoor, daar komen ze weer: “Niels je bent geen arts.” Nee. Maar ik ga je ook zeggen, hoe hoger opgeleid, hoe hoger afgeleid. Ondertussen zie ik wel hoe een hele industrie draait op angst en gemakzucht. Ik woon in Spanje. Ik ben niet ineens als een toerist 6 uur gaan bakken. Ik heb het opgebouwd. Resultaat? Niet verbrand. Wel gewoon een gezonde bruine kleur. Zonder mezelf elke dag vol te smeren. Misschien moeten we stoppen met alles blind volgen wat ons verteld wordt. Misschien moeten we weer leren luisteren naar ons lichaam in plaats van naar marketing. Gebruik je verstand: – Ga niet als een gek in de volle zon liggen – Bouw het op – Begrijp wat je doet Maar stop met automatisch handelen uit angst. De grootste winst zit niet in nóg een product. @Hilbe It's so funny looking back at this stuff. Kids today will think we were crazy. We literally removed parts of our radio, put it in a case, and took it with us. We also had a box in the trunk that let us hold a whopping 100 songs.

The British state needs to brutally crack down on knife crime, and I mean brutally. That is exactly what Restore Britain would do. No more bullshit community work or soft punishment. Enough is enough. Instant deportation for foreign nationals found carrying. Throw the book at the domestic ones. Found unlawfully carrying? A Restore Britain Government would crack down on you in the harshest possible manner. Minimum prison sentences - zero excuses. The message has to be simple. DO NOT CARRY A KNIFE UNLAWFULLY. If you are found with a machete or whatever else, you will go to prison. End of story. Stop and search introduced on a proper scale. Accusations of racism would not stop us, I can promise you that. Do that, on the scale required, and watch how quickly the knife crime epidemic stops. There is finally a political party with the balls to do what needs to be done to protect the British people. Restore Britain.

Also came across this handy Omnipod 5 tip! I’m only on my 3rd pod so haven’t had any screamers yet 😆 But when I do, if I’m out and about, this SIM card tool on my keyring will come in very handy for shutting them up!

And even though this isn’t a flat line I also love seeing this! You can actually see where I would have gone high and would have had to wake up and correct but Omnipod 5 dealt with it, fought for me, levelled me out and let me stay asleep 🙌🏻 I’ve waited so long for this 🥳
