Given Fauci’s clear admission that the vaccines “were NOT EFFECTIVE AT ALL in preventing infection and transmission,” it is long past time for our Parliament to revisit my Private Members Bill and outlaw mandatory medical interventions once and for all. Human rights laws were never written for the good times. They exist precisely as guiding principles for the tough times—for periods of chaos, fear and confusion. Yet during COVID, Australia failed catastrophically. In the confusion, weak leaders were far too quick to trample human rights. Worse still, they trashed those rights because they refused to examine the data and open their eyes to the truth: the entire premise for those coercive measures—that the vaccines stopped infection and transmission—was a lie. To ensure this never happens again, we must enshrine Section 6.1 of international human rights law into Australian law. That provision explicitly prohibits the use of coercion and discrimination to force citizens into compulsory medical interventions. That’s what I tried to do back in 2021 - and apart from George Christensen - not a single other member of the House of Representatives, Labor, Liberal, Teal or Green would support it.
