Such a pity Andy didn't pick the flair and belief of young Henry Pollock. Youth and enthusiasm over experience on the bench would have done three things: 1. Confused the opposition 2. Taught the old hands to play for their place! 3. Made it fun lionsrugby.com/en/news/andy-f…

@Jazzyjosh266 @BBCMarkSimpson @mcb_rugby I am glad my son attends MCB. He is getting a good education, is enjoying his sport and has made some great friends. As a parent, I want to commend Mrs Lendrum and her staff for the great job they are doing. No school is perfect, but my son loves MCB and that speaks volumes!

@Warren1Point @JimAllister Thanks for this sensible comment to the Rt Hon gentleman. I enjoyed watching local police engage in a warm 'community spirited' way with their communities. If the ball was on the other foot and this had been police at a 12th Bonfire, would he have been giving off? I think not!

@JimAllister If 2 minutes of happiness from some police were the biggest problems in the 6 counties we would be living in a Utopia. Find something worth being outraged over

Two tier policing plumbed new depths today with the PSNI driving through Camlough waving GAA flag and joyriding to boot! What hope for independent policing when partisanship takes over?

@JamieBrysonCPNI This is what our communities need. Celebrating sport and doing what I call genuine community policing. Please don't politicise sport. I am as proud of Armagh taking the title as anyone and I am from a unionist community. Well done Armagh - great win!

Absolutely breathtaking. The PSNI are literally joyriding in police vehicles, and waving politically divisive GAA flags . If every officer involved isn’t suspended by the morning how can any unionist have confidence in the PSNI?

Very thankful to the Lord for my appointment to serve as Rector of Seapatrick Parish Banbridge. It is hard to begin to think of leaving St Patrick’s Drumbeg, but I know the peace of God in the call of the Lord to serve the people of Banbridge.

@UlsterRugby Luke - you are possibly one of the most exciting players ever to wear the shirt. You have skills that cannot be coached and had a natural talent to break a line. Injuries seemed to follow you like 'rain of a mountain', but when you were on form you brought something special. Tnx.

Thank you, Luke 🤍 Luke Marshall has announced he will retire at the end of the season. Marking the end of an era - a remarkable journey spanning 15 years with the province. An Ulster Legend 🙌

@dineen20dineen Wonderful memories of tinned fruit cocktail to start, followee by marrowfat peas, roast beef and mashed potatoes and finished off with a tinned raspberry trifle as pudding.....the glories of good food in the late 70's early 80's....imagine serving tinned fruit cocktail nowadays!!

It' was Saturday night during the 1970s 1980s when the Trifle was made for Sunday dessert sure it was the only time we got dessert and the shoes were polished for Sunday mass and put in front of the fire place and steeping the bachelor Marrowfat Peas over night

@AbroadRugby McCloskey can play out wide if needed and might just be named on the squad. Murray is gone and Casey in. I suspect O'Mahony might need to just play without a captain's armband....Peter is superb, but captain's should not be getting yellow carded twice in the one tournament!

Assuming Nash and Crawley are out after failing their HIAs, the make up of Ireland's backline will be interesting next weekend. I think Farrell will go Keenan Ringrose Henshaw Aki Lowe Crowley JGP With Murray/H.Byrne/McCloskey on the bench Very light on back three options...
