@SeverusChud The worst part is that HBO had a perfect casting option right there. Ewan Mitchell would be insane as Snape, great actor, looks the part, is from britain differently from Adam Driver, and he is very close in age to the character. Snape was 31 in the first book, Ewan is 29.

“One of the big reasons I did the job, I was like Fassbender? Jennifer Lawrence? McAvoy? All these amazing actors. Yeah! And then I never saw any of them because I was so overheated. And like I couldn’t turn. So, I just got put in this cooling tent. Sometimes someone would come by and be like [patting him on the back] hey Oscar. I’d be like huh? He doesn't have Burtons maximalism, Joel's queery vibrancy, Nolan's naturalism, Snyder's scale, or Reeves's clinicalism.
