A little story from the 90’s …. Around 30 years ago, had to go to work around 5am on Saturday morning. Came out my house, on a dark morning and the milk float was parked at the top of the hill. (I knew the local milk man quite well who was also a Sunday league referee). As I walked up towards it, I saw a shady looking youngster coming out of an alleyway, taking a couple of bottles from the back of the float and nipping back up the alley. I gave a shout “Oi, put it back!” He stopped in his tracks. Turned and looked at me. Again I said “ F**king put it back” He looked me dead in the eye. “ I’m delivering them. I work for him….😂” I apologised and went to work 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
