Jose Menjivar, 38, of Broomfield has been sentenced to 24 years in prison for a crash last December which killed Melissa Powell, 46, and her teenage son, Riordan. Menjivar, who was sentenced Friday, had five prior DUI arrests. Read more: cbsnews.com/colorado/news/…

89 Colorado voters have ballots mailed to one of the 3 addresses of a busy food bank & clothing distribution center in a Denver suburb. 70 list the center as their home even though no one seems to live there. Kudos to the staff for distributing all these ballots! @heidiganahl
