He's passed. Thank you all for your continued prayers. He fought the good fight. I only wish he'd of made it to see the 250th with us which he was looking forward to. Requiescat in pace, dad.

Update on my dad: He's in his final hours. Having survived (AML) leukemia last year, he fell in early February outside on his patio and busted his face up, breaking his nose and gashing his brow. He survived with no brain injury or broken bones, but he began to deteriorate. Too much trauma on his elderly body. I said my piece with him, thanked him for being a great dad, for everything I learned from him, and for the family he made with my mom, to whom he's been married 61 years. The past two weeks have been grueling watching him waste away, but we are not guaranteed a painless end, & the literal last thing he told me before slipping into the unconscious state he's in now was to pray for him. I share this with you all who were gracious enough to have prayed for my dad and offered well wishes last year, for which I'm certain a heavenly reprieve was given, as that is a near impossible cancer to beat at that age. I only ask that you please extend your prayers once more for my father, William, as he makes his journey into God's eternal embrace. A fateful servant to our Lord.
