@KyleLeeWriter Interested to see answers! But in my experience: I don't have a preference, but if I'm mad at something my native language is preferred (swear words are not the same otherwise!) As a bilingual family we use both languages, but some phrases come more easily in a certain language

Multi-lingual mutuals, I have a question: Do you have a favorite language to speak? Does one just feel better as you speak it? Is that always your primary/native language?

These two books accidentally fell into my shopping bag at the weekend on a visit to Casa del Libro. What a shame, I had to buy them! 😬 Who's read them? I've heard SUCH good things about them both, and The Calamity Club is everywhere on social media right now.

Weekend reading is That'll Teach Her by Maz Evans. I really enjoyed her adult fiction debut of Over My Dead Body as it was hilarious and this promises more of the same. It's got mixed media throughout (which I love), focusing on the parents group chat lol!
