@marcus_baw Agree it should be in the records management COP. In paper we kept a curated summary at the front of the notes. Challenge is how to automate that, which leads into debate on structure, coding, NLP and now ML/AI - and the inescapable mantra - rubbish in, rubbish out!

At the risk of becoming as much of a pendant as @PMccoubrie .. Fellow radiologists, The midline CAN NOT be deviated...honestly it sounds a bit daft in reports when you really think it through. I thought we prided ourselves on precision and intelligent sounding prose.
