@AskBarclaysUS your policies suck they make no sense the way they go about things I don’t recommend any body to this card they don’t resolve the problems they just undermine the customer I all did is apply for a balance transfer I got offered they canceled it to some bullshitt

@AskBarclaysUS @BarclaysUKHelp Transparency comes a long way what the security rep said makes no sense, at any point when I initiated the balance transfer the rep did not warn me of any possible cancellation do to not verifying my self I was away doing bussiness and had no reception if that’s the case

@Barclays I’m so disappointed with service of credit card I did a Balance transfer and they canceled my transfer with out my permission and the said they reached out and never recieved a email they said they called to verify but that’s a lie

@USPS the Grenville post office in Smithfield Rhode Island have the worst customer service I had a passport appointment for my daughter and the post lady won’t attend us saying that we are 10 min late but their was nobody their .they opened at 830 she was attending someone
