This year, #AKADay returned to the Wilson Building for an in-person, all-day event focused on legislation and policy. Members of Alpha Kappa Alpha met with Councilmember Trayon White to present their legislative agenda and to hear from CM White regarding his priorities.

Yesterday, I spoke at #AKADay about OAG’s priorities for youth and keeping them out of the criminal justice system while improving public safety. Thank you @akaxo, @xizetaomegaaka, @rhomuomega, and @AKAABYO for having me! I look forward to our continued collaboration.
