Pretti had a perfect right to bear his legal weapon. It probably wasn't a good idea to carry it while harassing heavily armed federal officers. It was a worse idea to have a round chambered. That's an accident waiting to happen, and it did. No, he didn't accidently shoot himself. Someone saw Pretti's gun while he was struggling on the ground and shouted out "gun". That caused one officer, not directly involved, to draw his gun. The agent who retrieved Pretti's gun was careless and it fired, hitting nobody. The agent, who had drawn his gun, heard the gunshot and thought Pretti had fired it. He responded by immediately emptying his magazine into Pretti's back. It's taken a while for the internet sleuths to figure out the events to this point. There may still be further developments. DHS is still giving out bad information.

Republicans have spent 30 years justifying school shootings because they believe that every person has a right to bare arms. Now they are saying that Alex Pretti deserved to ☠️ because he was carrying a holstered weapon... LEGALLY. Make it make sense.

America should not have worse voter ID requirements than every democratic country on Earth. California and New York actually banned use of ID to vote! It is illegal to show your ID in those states. The only reason to do this is fraud.

Borderlands social and the devs have now confirmed they are working on a roadmap for improvements to the game beyond just the upcoming DLCs. What is one thing you absolutely want to see on that roadmap?

The Open World in Borderlands 4 is great for the campaign, but is not being utilized for the endgame. Auger mines, Rift Bosses, Bunkers, Drill Sites & Vaults with some adjustments could 5x the endgame content offerings with a few tweaks. Here’s a great post from yesterday on Reddit sharing some of the same ideas. There closing line is: “I feel like the pieces are all there but past borderlands games aren't being used as proper inspiration like they should be. Most of what I said, is already in the game in some capacity just not being taken to the logical endpoint.” Couldn’t agree more. Credit to u/AkilTheAwesome

@Ki11ersix Minimap would be an amazing addition, it's one of the only things I have really missed from previous entries. Combat radar is definitely better than the compass, but I get lost often and it would be a lot more immersive not to need to check map menu so often.

@christopherhale He wasn't extraordinary. Comparing anyone to Trump they seem extraordinary. Biden was one of the most ineffective leaders in American history. Trump and the GOP being evil doesn't make Biden or the present Democrats great. Both are awful - the former evil, the latter spineless.
