SOUTH AFRICA XENOPHOBIA: Nigerian Man Refuses to Shut Down Business, Says He Employs Over 25 South Africans A Nigerian businessman has stood his ground amid ongoing anti-immigrant tensions in South Africa, insisting that he will not close his shop😭😭

You are still slaves in your country. 3rd level citizens. Likely undocumented in all that filth . Too much chat your master will deny you food . Be careful now

I'm a proud South African. 🇿🇦 I don't wake up looking for approval, validation, or acceptance from other African countries. South Africa's success, identity, and future won't be decided by who likes us and who doesn't. You'll notice a strange obsession with South Africa. Every day there's a new criticism, or a new attempt to tell us who we should be. We don't need permission to be South African. We don't need validation to be proud of our country. And we certainly don't need to apologise for putting South Africa first. Love us or hate us, one thing remains unchanged: We're South African, and that's enough for us. 🇿🇦

[UPDATE FROM THE INTER-MINISTERIAL COMMITTEE ON MIGRATION!!!] We also need to vehemently correct the false narrative that South Africa is inherently xenophobic or unwelcoming to people of from outside our borders. South Africa has historically welcomed and continues to host people from diverse countries across the globe. Our nation remains deeply committed to the African Union Agenda 2063, which seeks to promote a better, more integrated Africa for all. As a constitutional democracy, we fully comply with international migration frameworks and remain a committed signatory to numerous global conventions that promote human dignity, equality, and the rule of law.

South African courts have ruled that children born in South Africa to foreign parents do not automatically qualify for South African citizenship.
