Honestly the more I think about it, the more the UK should have a set timetable for elections Years ending in 0 and 5: Westminster Parliament 1 & 6: County Council Elections 2 & 7: Devolved Parliament Elections 3 & 8: Parish Council Elections 4 & 9: No elections (EU possibly)
