What you need to instead is claim a refund request

@markvip@northernassist It's because the temperature of the rails is 20 degrees hotter than the air temperature and they start to bend, crack and snap as they expand
@northernassist If no issues on the Manchester Piccadilly to Hazel Grove/Buxton line, why are you cancelling services on that line too? Hope you are putting 6 carriage trains on to cope with the footfall due to a reduced service, not shortforming services instead
