A beautiful day for a pasture walk! The Southern Ohio Grazing Council spent an evening at beautiful Hamilton Farms in Hillsboro last week. The group discussed livestock, winter feeding, fencing, forages and many other grazing techniques. A great way for producers to connect!

And yesterday was our turn to show results from forage management and soil carbon from different farms in Ohio. Rotational grazing, mixtures of forage species and cover crops increasing carbon by 10-50%. 10 farms sampled, 16 left for this spring. @MBChiavegato @OSU_HortCropSci
