@AvantiWestCoast hey, I'm travelling tomorrow 1st class because I wanted to be sure I had a meal. Given there's not food there's no benefit to 1st. How do i claim a refund?

@AvantiWestCoast I understand that, but i booked first class because i wanted the food and drink benefit. Without it there is no difference to normal class, so how are you compensating for that?

@RichHawkins Hi Rich. Tomorrow we will not be able to offer the usual food and drink service onboard our trains due to strike action. Our stations have plenty of refreshments to choose from before your journey & First Class customers can enjoy drinks & snacks at our First Class Lounges.- Sama
