Disagree, and I am a catholic, where was the pontiff when children where being molested by priest? Where was the pontiff, when Iran murdered 30,000 of their own citizens for protesting? Where was the pontiff during his recent trip to Africa speaking out about Christians being hunted down and murdered in Nigeria? Look I was born catholic and will die catholic , but I feel the holy father’s statements is a little bit out of his lane. Remember the pontiff is human, and humans are not without our flaws. Finally, really Iran is the closest thing we have since WW2 to be a “just” war and they have been at war with the US for 47 years.
