@CentrickBrum I have been trying to contact Centrick property management team Birmingham office for a couple of weeks with no response. They appear oblivious to their customers.

@LidlGB Hi Kim - I have been in contact and they don’t want to know. Re receipts - we have plenty to show we regularly shop in lidl and on the app but as it’s a general food shop, we don’t have a receipt from back in January when the incident took place

@LidlGB shopping in your store delayed us by 15 minutes over the 90 minute availability, due to longer than normal queues and time taken to get my elderly mother back to the car. Parking don’t want to know. Mother is saying she will never go back. Can you do anything to help?
