@12news has engaged in a costly public records fight with @RealTomHorne and @AZTreasurerYee to get ESA transactions records.
We head back to court Tuesday to try to get more records.

Nobody can say that vouchers benefit students. There are no tests and no safety measures. So, the only ones benefiting are rich parents and schools that take the money. It’s costing AZ $1B and we have no evidence that anyone is learning.
