@British_Airways Hi Kieran - pitch is defined in the industry as the point on one seat to the same point on the next seat i.e. incl the thickness of the seat. This is different from actual space. Can you confirm BA uses seat pitch to define space not incl seat thickness

@British_Airways Hello - tks for your msg. Seat pitch includes the thickness of one seat i.e. point on one seat to same point on the next - not the same as actual dist. from base of spine to where ones knees touch the seat in front that I need for my client
