"History, sir, will tell lies as usual."  This cynicism comes from George Bernard Shaw's 1897 play The Devil's Disciple, specifically Act III, spoken by the character General Burgoyne. The attached is GOOGLE AI spin on Senator Bill Gormley’s AC 2.0 Redeployment efforts. From someone that was there at the creation…. AI just about nailed it Just include Mayor Whelan’ critical role and the smaller contributions of hundreds and AI does a better job than the recent ‘Son of the City’ at a cost of less trees.

Love that a trivial bill amending Illinois' Swimming Facility Act to provide for the regulation of "cold spas" was the vehicle lawmakers hijacked to cram a 1,000+ pages of legislative text into, effectively recreating their electricity sector in its entirety.

Another full day on the trail! Second stop of the day with another excited crowd in Morris County! This time at @biagios_ristorante in Stirling, Long Hill Township. Lower taxes - cutting property taxes, reducing income taxes, making retirement income tax free so seniors can retire here, slashing taxes on working families & small businesses - that’s what we’ll deliver when we win this race in November! It’s time!

EPSA supports competitive power markets where companies – not customers – take on the risk. ICYMI: In @UtilityDive, @EPSA_CEO Todd Snitchler explains how competitive power suppliers must build new generation, on-time, on-budget, and without guaranteed return. 🗨️️ “I’m still hard-pressed to find an example where a vertically-integrated utility has delivered a new generating project on time and under budget and had any accountability in the way that wholesale power generators do.” - Todd Snitchler via Utility Dive 🔗Read the full interview: tinyurl.com/6n8dp8av #EPSA #PJM #EnergyTwitter #CompetitiveMarkets #EnergyPolicy #Reliability #PJM #IndependentPowerProducers
