I've done a number of "how they became a success" story videos. Nobody watches them. But people keep requesting them. People want train wrecks. They just don't admit it to themselves.

Been playing with @claudeai lately after my CTO spoke highly of it as an alternative to OpenAI. The first test was to summarise and prioritise my mailbox, and I was suitably impressed. The second test was to analyse the proposed employee handbook, associated terms and policies, and ensure they were consistent and did not omit anything that aligned with our company culture. That was very impressive. The third test was to review the last three board meeting papers, the current MI, and draft the agenda for the next board meeting and build the framework of the upcoming executive summary. This week is Dyslexia Awareness Week - a very important one in the calendar ! As Dyslexia Empowerment Patron, this is a cause extremely close to my heart. I have always been very vocal about my experiences of having dyslexia at school, and I remember the confusion all too well. I knew I wasn’t less capable, but reading and writing felt harder than it should have. That experience still rings true for many young people today. This week is all about listening to those lived experiences, understanding how dyslexia affects daily life and making sure young people get the support they need. No one’s future should be shaped by misunderstanding. We all have the power to support people with dyslexia. Let’s change the narrative: dyslexia isn’t a barrier, it’s a strength.
