@CoCoHealth AMR Driver transport#18683. Ca license plate 1613736. Responded in Anitoch, CA. @ 5pm. The driver was very rude and bed side manner was atrocious! She belittled my 92 year old grandmother's conditions. And was unsafe in care, how can I file grievances online?
