Am I alone in wondering what all the napkins are for?

Back in 2006 I started my business to help the 50% of people who deal with estate agents but who the agent doesn't work for - the buyers. A lot has changed since then and not just the hair! Having been on the selling side for 24 years I speak fluent bullshit! Having bought & sold over 2,000 homes I know many but not all of the tricks the trade. I now buy £100m worth of homes a year acting for 40-50 clients, each spending between £500k - £50m. If you are struggling to find a suitable property, if you are intimidated by the process or if you just want to even the odds, perhaps we should talk?

Nuance - the only hill on which I'm happy to die. Perfectly sensible question from The Telegraph rendered utterly pointless by ignoring myriad reasons for ticking either box. Give me strength.

@HenryPryor @RichardPryor76 When I sold a house, the buyer made an offer I was happy to accept, but my agent wanted to counter offer cause he thought he could get her up a bit. He was right. I'd never have had the blagging skills to do that myself. Made me wish I had an agent for the house I was buying too.
