The facts are that you will be spending at least the next 24 hours in custody while the DA decides whether to prosecute you or not. It depends on a thing called prosecutorial discretion.

@KayRGwyn @LibOrNormal That’s not the way the law sees it. First the police then the district attorney will decide if you were justified. Don’t be holding the gun when the police show up. A deputy might think you are a threat to him/her. Not infrequently police think anyone with a gun is a threat.

@Zack_magaig Why would anyone feel “White Guilt” unless they bought into the whole idea that Western Culture’s success was somehow immoral? I suggest that anyone suffering from a guilt complex is not being truly objective. Western Culture is the only culture that even cares. Get over it!

Just moved into a new house and have no idea what this thing is 😅 It’s mounted low near the floor, randomly placed in the hallway. The house was built in 2005, but I can’t figure out what it’s for. Anyone recognize this? 🤔

@ronsterd89 “Wanted Dead or Alive”. That’s a damned silly weapon. Rifle ammunition is designed to “develop” in the full length of the barrel. I liked Steve McQueen but this weapon is just a waste of gunpowder. You get a muzzle flash that will burn your shoelaces and much less ft pounds.

@LibOrNormal If you are armed and the intruder is resisting ejection you might try a good pistol whipping before you open fire. A smack across the skull with a good size revolver might increase his incentive without employing lethal force.

@LibOrNormal Not unless they pose a lethal threat. You have to have a “reasonable fear of death or grievous bodily harm”. Reasonable being the operant word. Breaking into your house goes a long way to make that point. If they don’t leave when ordered out and resist you with force, probably.

@shouq_al90149 A flaring tool. Sometimes you can’t use a compression fitting and you have to flare the end of a piece of tubing to make a connection.

@BigPopz72 Someday someone will bust a cap on this punk. In the 60’s the bigger guy (doing the beating) would have answered to the little guy’s bigger friends. You had to fight in your own weight class but bullies were dealt with in good time.

More backpack brawling in our public schools.. We see no adults in the hall, no teachers or faculty coming to stop the madness.. What we do see is another violent beat down in the hallway of a public school.. It's becoming an epidemic and mainstream media won't show the truth.
