You do know that there are laws currently against when, how many, and depending on the size of fish, deer, and such to prevent said overhunting? You also do know that we've invented the technology & the knowledge of alternating crops to prevent soil degradation.

Also, berries, fruit, and fish and that stuff can be over hunted and have the enviroment fucked up to the point the plants can't grow, and when the plants doesn't grow, or doesn't grow enough, animals starve which causes them to leave your area in search of a better area, or die. Do i really need to explain to you how an ecosystem works?

Commies think giving everyone food solves world hunger and it fits their childish world view perfectly.

It's also not 1200BC anymore, our technology has advanced so much that we don't need 1500 people working a field to produce food anymore.
