Today was SAT Day in NYC, an incredible waste of time and money. I get so angry when I think of all the personnel hours that were spent finding activities and rescheduling classes so all juniors could take the SAT in the name of "equity" while everyone else does nothing.

Had an absolute blast "making math visible" by building George Hart's 12-Card Star Sculpture. I'm already looking into purchasing a small buzz saw so that I can do this with my Ss. Anyone have any recommendations? #mfaproud #iteachmath #mathchat

I personally use this @skewthescript. curriculum with my Statistics kids and really love it. The articles linked here are something I plan on using this year in all my classes.
