Imagine asking me do another video of fund I sent since 20th Feb . Regardless I did the video and still waiting for third account to refund the buyer . Yet customer care is acting what I don’t know

Account instead of three account . I went ahead to refund the two account the money that was sent to me while I await the third account . The buyer refuse to send the 3rd account claiming d account is blocked which I think is very suspicious. Customer care is being sluggish

Count down is done .imagine waiting 2days for a reply from customer care . For crying out loud this transaction is since 20th Feb ( 14 days ago) and they are holding my fund hostage because of someone not sending account details

I need my fund to sort out my dire needs and they are been nonchalant about it . They are actually blaming me for reporting a buyer who has violated their terms . Like seriously who does that ?

@Bybit_Official is very unprofessional, it’s been more than 15days they are holding my fund , their customer care service is the worst I have ever seen , they left the case pending for days without even a word

CS keep asking me to send fund to him and I have return the money to the two account awaiting the third account . They have freeze my funds since 24th which is very unprofessional especially after writing them on twitter and they don’t respond to message
