More thoughts on #valeg (that no one asked for) if you can’t get to a budget agreement with a Dem trifecta, the session should be longer than 60 days. It should always be longer than 60 days.

Even more bad takes. As a former staffer, I can confirm the calendar changes by the day, by the hour, and yes, sometimes even by the minute. It’s not ideal, but it’s the reality of a 60 day session with thousands of bills being considered.

I disagree. I personally called the office of Del Watts a couple of times. They should have had the decency to inform us about her allegedly busy schedule. They didn’t They were pretty okay in setting the appointment. Shame on them! They think that they can treat us like that. And shame on you btw- My understanding is that she stood up VACALAO as well. As I told Mr. Yohai (Del. Watts’ circumspect aide) at the completion of our brief meeting in his office, is that I will do everything in my power to make sure that she retires. Let’s be brutally frank here: this is an 86 year old white lady representing one of the most Hispanics districts #Annandale It’s is a shame, an affront, the pinnacle of the @DNC @vademocrats @vademlatinos corruption and total disregard for US, #HISPANICS
